Adelaide PHN invites you to join Rani Hughes for an information and demonstration session on Tai Chi for primary health care providers.

Rani will present on the background to Tai Chi for Health and will then take questions from the audience on Tai Chi in practice. After which you will be given the opportunity to work though a Tai Chi session.

Session details: This FREE session will be held on Friday 28 May 2021, 6.30-8.00pm. Light refreshments will be provided.
