Cancellation Policy

Cancellations & Refunds Courses:

Full payment will be refunded with notification of cancellation more than 14 days prior to the event less an administration fee plus additional fee if course materials (including electronic materials) already provided. 

Between 8 and 14 days notification of cancellation 30% of the payment will be refunded plus an administration fee.  

Under no circumstances will payments be refunded after this time however, registrations are transferable to another person or other SA Sports Medicine Association events. There will be a fee of $30 plus additional fee if course materials (including electronic materials) already provided for the change of name or if changing event type. 

Under no circumstances will payments be refunded or transfers be allowed to registered attendees who do not attend on the day of the course.

Any credits held with SASMA must be used within 12 months of cancellation. 

In the instance of unforeseen circumstances, SA Sports Medicine Association reserves the right to cancel an event. Full refunds will be issued if this is the case or the option to transfer to another SASMA course.
