Kidney Health Australia is conducting research to better understand the experience and needs of Health professionals in diagnosing and caring for people with kidney disease. We would love to gain your insights as to the barriers and drivers you face in your practice and where Kidney Health Australia can support you in your patient care. Focus group participants will receive a $25 gift voucher to thank you for your involvement.

Focus group dates:

Mon 30 May, 7.00 - 8.30PM AEST (Primary care HCP, who HAVE used KHA programs/ services)
Thu 2 Jun, 7.00 - 8.30PM AEST (Primary care HCP, who HAVE NOT used KHA programs/ services)
Wed 1 Jun, 7.00 - 8.30PM AEST (Nephrologists and Renal Nurses)

Focus groups will be small group discussion with between 5 and 10 participants. Our team will contact you to confirm your involvement. Registrations close Friday 15th April 2022.
